Any size of graphic, exhibition or point of sale panel can be printed, mounted, laminated or encapsulated up to a maximum size of 10’x5’ - 3000 x 1500 mm IN ONE PIECE.

Larger sizes of rigid panels can be tiled together to form virtually any final size! Banners can be printed and produced to any size!

Inks
• Depending on the required use of the graphic we can print with dye, pigment or full solvent inks onto a number of stock materials.
• Dye inks for the most vibrant of colour reproduction for indoor use
• Pigment inks for longevity in bright sunshine conditions
• Solvent inks for all long-term outdoor applications

Materials
• Photosatin paper – for posters and all high resolution displays
• Self adhesive vinyl – indoor & outdoor signage & notices
• Backlit film – for all rear illuminated panels and menu displays
• Banner vinyl – fire retardant vinyl for all indoor and outdoor handing banners and banner displays
• Metallic film – available in gold, silver and holographic – special effect use only
• Canvas – for fine art and old master graphic arts reproductions
• Fabrics – up to 20 types available including polyester, mesh, silk, cotton, tyvak etc for numerous specialised uses including stage sets, flags and drapes.

Mounting & Finishing
• When printed, rigid panels can be mounted onto a number of display surfaces including
• Card – 2mm grey centred – cheap and ideal for framing
• Foamcore – lightweight, expanded foam between card – 5 mm & 10 mm thick
• Foamex – hard, PVC plastic, Fire retardant & flexible. 1,3,5 & 10mmthick - ideal for all exhibitions displays
• Diabond – aluminium skinned pvc core. 2 & 3mm thick – for all outdoor signage
• MDF – hardwaring wood fibre substrate. 12, 15 & 18 mm thick. Ideal for “wraprounds”

Lamination, & Encapsulation
• A range of durable plastic bonded surface protection and finishes for all graphics including
• Encapsulation – a fully sealed gloss or matt plastic finish – 250 micron thick that allows graphics to be rolled up and sealed from the environment
• Gloss or satin lamination – a protective top surface applied to all rigid panels. Gives a professional finishes to graphic and protects against fingerprints and marking.
• Sandtex lamination – a textured top surface applied as standard to all pop up display panels to aid in anti scuff protection when displays are rolled up. Can be used on rigid panels to provide high “feel good” factor.
• Window adhesive – a non-permanent adhesive applied to the front off window displays allowing them to be removed easily and reused.
