Midas offers an interactive upgrade to any pop-up system by integrating touch sensor technology into the graphics. By simply touching the sensors on the panels, the stand comes to life with music and voiceovers - and also the ability to control external equipment such as DVD players and lighting systems.

Midas allows you to change and update the audio as many times as you like via a hand-held remote control. The MP3 files are stored on standard SmartMedia cards, allowing you to have a range of cards for different promotions or languages.

The applications are enormous:

• Enhance new product demonstrations

The system includes:

Remote control
Connects to your PC to record audio onto your SmartMedia card and downloads files into the player. Edits volume, bass etc. to suit location.

Player
Generic audio playback unit with built-in stereo speakers and output socket.

Breakout Box
Connects to the player and provides 8, 16 or 24 outputs for touch sensors. Also features an RS232 port to control external devices such as DVD players, lighting, etc.

Sensors
Positioned behind the display to trigger audio tracks on the player. Can operate on any display material up to 10mm thick. Sensors can also illuminate when operative to give greater visual interest.
